*Qualification Criteria for Our 1% Listings:
- To Qualify For Our 1% Listing Program, your home
value must be over $375,000, located in San Diego
County and must be
A Detached Property and priced within 10% of our comp
analysis as done by our Realtors or as priced by a
professional Appraisal;
- Condos, Short Sales and Foreclosure Properties are
Listed at different Rates and do not qualify for the
1% program, however, some exceptions can be made;
- Listings are generally for 6 months but can be more
or less depending on your home;
- We have a $150 up front set-up fee and no other
up front costs;
- Our commission fees are just 1% if we represent
just you, the seller and/or if we represent both you
and a buyer. If, however, we represent just you and
a Realtor from another brokerage represents the buyer,
then you cooperate an additional 2.5% for a total
listing of 1% + 2.5% = 3.5%. All rates are negotiable.
